Wither is one of the optional bosses in Remnant 2. He is located in The Lament, but to be able to fight him, you must first complete the Lament Door Puzzle in the same location. It is worth noting at this point that there is no one specific chest, after searching which the boss will appear, so you need to thoroughly explore the location.
