Gaming hardware fans probably already know the PlayStation 5 Pro specifications by heart. After all, the console praised for its performance and graphical capabilities has been discussed in every possible way. All types of benchmarks, as well as tests, indicate that the new version of PlayStation 5 significantly improves the image quality of both previous-generation games and averagely optimized modern AAA games.

The quality of the PlayStation 5 Pro was demonstrated by YouTuber Gabriel Master, who posted gameplay videos of games such as Dragon's Dogma 2, Monster Hunter Wilds, and Spider-Man 2 on his channel.

Graphics like a dream

We have reported more than once that Monster Hunter Wilds is an optimization disaster. PC owners will need to put in a lot of effort to play comfortably at 1080p, as will the owners of the basic version of the Sony console. According to Gabriel Master's videos, PS5 Pro in performance mode offers higher resolution and more stable gameplay.

The same goes for Spider-Man 2, which on the base version "flies" like the titular hero swinging around New York, but on PS5 Pro it simply goes to a higher level. The new hardware can handle Ray Tracing, guarantee gameplay in native 4k resolution, and 60 FPS frame rate.

Being a bane for weak processors, Dragon’s Dogma 2 is a nightmare for PC players. Owners of the base version of the Sony console have even more reasons to worry. If we want to immerse ourselves in the fantastic world of Capcom, it's worth considering a more powerful device. As you can see below, the title runs more smoothly than on a standard PS5, which is especially important during intense moments.

Classic in HD

PS5 Pro also supports older PlayStation 4 games. For instance, in Red Dead Redemption 2 there is a slight increase in resolution and improvement in image quality, which will be appreciated by fans of this classic.

The first materials only increase the anticipation for PlayStation 5 Pro and demonstrate that the console is prepared to improve many familiar games to a higher standard of quality. Thanks to better resolution, a more stable frame rate, and Ray Tracing support, players can expect impressive visual effects. Who knows, maybe the choice between a PC and a console will finally stop being so obvious.
