We have good news for players waiting for Grit and Valor: 1949, a promising RTS with elements of roguelike, which will allow us to take part in skirmishes in an alternative version of World War II, where mechs will play a key role on the battlefields.

  1. The studio responsible for the project, Milky Tea, announced that Grit and Valor: 1949 will be released on March 26th of this year. The game will be available on Steam.
  2. The title will be released exclusively on PC. However, future plans also include conversions for Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5.

Grit and Valor: 1949 lets you participate in skirmishes on small maps in a single-player campaign, aiming to deliver EMP weapons to the very heart of the territory held by Axis forces. At the end of each region, a fight with a strong boss awaits. Between missions, we will have the opportunity to upgrade our army, and many elements of the challenges will be determined randomly, ensuring fresh experiences even when repeating a given task.

However, we don't have to wait until March to play Grit and Valor: 1949. With the announcement of the launch date, the devs also released a new demo. The demo is 2.75 GB in size and can be downloaded from Steam.

Compared to the previous demo, the creators have introduced many changes. The command center has gained new buildings, and supply and upgrade packages are now being dropped onto the battlefield during missions. Developers encourage players to try out the new demo and share thoughts on what else could be improved before the launch.
