PoE 3.25 Will Introduce Long-Awaited Changes Making the Popular Action RPG Much More Enjoyable
We won't see Path of Exile 2 anytime soon, but the expansion to the first installment of the action RPG from Grinding Gear Games studio will introduce changes long desired by gamers.
A new league and jewels are standard attractions of every subsequent addition to Path of Exile. However, the changes that improve the game's comfort (QoL) introduced by update 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur seem to be what fans of PoE are most pleased about.
The full presentation of the new expansion to this hack'n'slash game will take place in a few days. Developers from Grinding Gear Games have followed the example of the developer of Stardew Valley and have been regularly sharing individual changes from the DLC since the publication of the teaser.
This is how we are informed about the planned changes in the quality of items and the addition of a "permanent" life bar for Pinnacle Bosses, as well as the fixes to the rewards for Bandit Quests in Act 2. New items are also heading to the game, and fans will finally be able to add a sixth upgrade to the Map Device, which will allow them to use a larger number of bonuses.
One of such changes clearly delighted the players. Settlers of Kalguur will finally expand the range for picking up items by a significant margin compared to the current version of the game. The difference is shown in a video shared by the devs on X.
Players believe that this is a long overdue change that should have been implemented in Path of Exile a while ago. Nonetheless, nobody is complaining that version 3.25 finally introduces this improvement, along with many others, which the game's community has embraced with enthusiasm.
Settlers of Kalguur will be officially presented on July 18, and the expansion itself will be available in the game a week later. This will provide fans with another activity while waiting for the release of the second installment of the Path of Exile series.
