Right now, there is no solution for this problem. When you get stuck on infinite loading screen, you can only restart the game. So, in the worst scenario, you have to turn off the game completely after each match.
Right now, you must wait for a patch from EA, which will fix this problem. On 27th September the game will be released officially. There is hope that EA Sports FC 25 will be updated then, and this bug will disappear.
