Diablo 2: Resurrected will soon receive another patch. Update number 2.3 will debut in early December and will introduce to the game several changes and innovations requested by the players. Information about them was shared in a post on Blizzard's official website. By the way, the creators boasted about their achievements so far. Among other things, they managed to reduce the average waiting time to join the game to about 60 seconds.
But back to the update itself, the first of the innovations is the ability to manually scale the difficulty level. When starting a new game in offline mode, we'll set this factor ourselves. So if we want to stand alone against a host of enemies, which normally requires several people (up to eight) in online matches, we'll get this opportunity. Of course, the rewards that we get during the game will be scaled as well.
More for You:
In addition, the PC version of the game will include an option to quickly use skills. Players can assign up to 16 skills to buttons of their choice (although the creators suggest limiting themselves to F1-F8 keys). They will not be - as so far - used only to select a particular skill, which will then be used with mouse buttons. Instead, they will be activated directly after using the shortcut. Of course, players attached to traditional controls will not have to use the new solution - it will remain optional.
Apart from that, the developers will introduce some minor changes related to the interface. Special animation will indicate which players have been muted by us. In the lobby we will see character levels. In addition, players will be able to activate a visual indicator that will show them when their attacks do not reach the target. This option will be available in both PvE and PvP modes.
Developers also revealed that Diablo 2: Resurrected will receive support for Nvidia's DLSS technology. Players with appropriate GPUs will be able to activate this option in the graphic settings menu.
