Diablo 2 Resurrected Running From Diablo 4; New Season Earlier Than Expected
We have learned the start date for season 4 of Diablo 2 Resurrected. Blizzard announced that it will start in less than two weeks.
A stream took place recently, during which Blizzard discussed news related to the Diablo series. During it we learned the start date of the fourth season of Diablo 2 Resurrected. As it turns out, it will launch very soon, on May 4 to be exact. At this point, however, the specific time is not known.
Inferring from the duration of previous seasons, it was assumed that S4 would start a little later. Most likely, however, Blizzard wanted it to start even before the release of Diablo 4 (which will take place on June 6).
Traditionally, with the start of the season there will be a rank reset. New rank ladders will be made available for players. Those interested will be able to create characters with which they will gradually climb their steps - by gaining experience - until they reach the highest level. The speed at which they do so will be recorded on the scoreboard.
Those who are still trying to reach the maximum level of the ladder in season 3 must hurry. This is because they have less than two weeks left to achieve it - after May 4, the characters from season 3 will be moved to non-ranked mode.
Diablo 2 Resurrected debuted in September 2021 on PC, PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch. Since then, the title has been regularly developed and received new content.
