Yesterday, thanks to a conference on the financial results of the CD Projekt group for 2024, we learned that The Witcher 4 won't be released earlier than 2027. However, this may not be the only game that we will have to wait so long for, as the same may apply to Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet.

Jason Schreier reported in December that during The Game Awards 2024, we will see two "big" announcements, which, as it turned out, were The Witcher 4 and Intergalactic. One of the Resetera forum users noticed that, according to his words, they were supposed to launch "in 2026 and later."

Following yesterday's announcement by the CD Projekt group, speculation began that the new Naughty Dog game will be released next year. However, Schreier himself joined the conversation, stating directly that this would not happen.

I'm pretty sure I said they were both going to be very early teases. Neither of those games will be out next year.

With these words, he shattered the hopes of some players who are eagerly awaiting Intergalactic. It turns out that the project, just like The Witcher 4, won't launch earlier than in 2027. Of course, these aren't official statements of Naughty Dog, so we shouldn't take them for granted.

Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is heading exclusively to PlayStation 5. The game will heavily emphasize themes of solitude and disorientation, and the freedom it will provide is expected to be similar to that of Elden Ring.
