NBA 2K23 Gameplay Trailer; Fans Complain About Robotic Animations
A gameplay trailer for NBA 2K23, the upcoming installment of the basketball game series from Visual Concepts and 2K Sports, has hit the web. Fans are complaining about the somewhat robotic animations of the players.
September 2023 will bring more than just FIFA 23, but also NBA 2K23, the next installment of the basketball game series from studio Visual Concepts and 2K Sports. After the announcement of the game's release date and confirmation that its last-gen version will be re-released on PC, the developer and publisher presented a gameplay trailer from the upcoming installment of the series. Lasting less than a minute and a half, the footage is available below.
The community's opinions about it are rather mixed. Some players wrote in the comments under the video on YouTube that they can't wait to play NBA 2K23. Others - as usual - complain that the new installment of the series is too similar to the previous one.
Some also point out the somewhat too robotic animations of the players, suggesting that they could use a few more polishes. There is also no shortage of regrets about the fact that the last-gen version of the game will be once again released on PC.
As a reminder, let me add that the release of the PC edition of NBA 2K23 is scheduled for September 8, while the console edition - PS4, PS5, XOne, XSX/S and Switch - on September 9.
