Mortal Kombat 1 Trailer Brings Bloody Fatality and Return of Reptile
A new trailer for Mortal Kombat 1 has been released. It shows the two fighters in action, also presenting some of their fatalities.
We are just a little over a month away from the release of Mortal Kombat 1, the latest installment of NetherRealm Studios' hit fighting game series. So it's not surprising that in recent weeks every now and then we receive fresh information and materials from this project. The latest fruit of this is an extensive trailer showing a pair of fighters that we will be able to play as in the game.
The trailer focuses on two characters - Syzoth and Ashrah. In the video we can see cutscenes, a lot of gameplay and some fatalities.
- Syzoth (better known as Reptile) is from a warrior from a race of humanoid reptiles who has the ability to transform into a human ninja.
- Ashrah is a female demon who looks almost human because she has purged almost all evil from her soul.
Recall that Mortal Kombat 1 is being developed for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X. The release is scheduled for September 19, this year.
Those who decide to preorder the game will get an additional fighter in the form of Shang Tsung as a reward, and will be able to take part in closed beta testing, which will take place from August 18-21.
