Leak Reveals Title of New Warbond in Helldivers 2

Sony seems to have made a mistake in marketing its latest Warband to Helldivers 2, and in doing so has given away the title of the next battle pass.

Sony might have unintentionally leaked the title of the upcoming Helldivers 2 battle pass. It all started with a message shown on PlayStation 5 consoles, urging players to buy the newest Warbonds in the game developed by Arrowhead Game Studios.

The issue is that an incorrect title was provided in the message. Instead of Viper Commandos, the name Freedom's Flame was found in the content. None of the previous passes had such a title (via Reddit).

Because it was just a notification, not an actual announcement or offer, the message doesn't disclose much about the presumed Warbond's content. Nonetheless, it seems that the next Warbonds will focus on hot methods of spreading democracy, probably with the help of a flamethrower, but also on life-saving armors (possibly fireproof?).

Keep in mind that players will have to wait a long time for the next battle pass. Arrowhead Studio has changed its approach to game development, focusing on less frequent but more refined Warbonds and updates. However, the Sony leak may indicate that developers have already prepared at least the concept of the new battle pass.
