To survive you must make your character stronger. You can do this by, among other things, upgrading your equipment. Defeating enemies and picking up items from them is one way to do that. How to Get Twisted Heart of Uhkeiros in Last Epoch 1.0?
Twisted Heart of Uhkeiros is very strong Relic that has many effects. For example, it increases health by up to 20% and cast speed as much as by 16% (remember though that these values depend on your luck). So, it’s a noticeable boost to your character. However, getting it requires killing a specific boss – Emperor of Corpses. It’s an endgame opponent, that can be summoned during The Monolith of Fate in Reign of Dragons Timeline (it’s a level 85 area).
In this region you will have to complete three quests – Drowned Thetima, Island Battlefield, and the Eye of the Storm. It’s the third one mentioned that allows you to summon the Emperor of Corpses. However, in order to unlock this quest, you must complete the previous two and have the proper amount of Stability – 400 in Normal and 850 in Empowered. As for the fight itself, Emperor of Corpses mainly deals physical damage.
However, you must keep in mind that Twisted Heart of Uhkeiros drop is a random loot, we may even say that a rare one. Luckily, the chances of gaining the item are increased if you choose higher Corruption.
