Jagged Alliance 3 - How to Hire Militia in JA3
At some point of Jagged Alliance 3, you will have to hire militia. In this guide we will tell you how to do it.
In the nation of Grand Chien, the elected president has gone missing, leading to a power struggle as "The Legion," a paramilitary group, seizes control. Jagged Alliance 3 follows the President's family as they hire skilled mercenaries to locate the kidnapped leader and restore order. Take on the role of a military leader and embark on a mission to bring stability back to the country. Nevertheless, to do that you will have to cooperate with locals. At some point you will have to hire militia. We will tell you how to do it.
How to hire militia in JA3
If there is a hostile base in the vicinity of your settlement, you have to be prepared that it will attack. You can’t stop it unless you defeat the stronghold. However, if you recruit militia in a village, you will be able to use them to protect your terrain. It is a great help. To hire them, you have to:
- Go to the sector with a settlement.
- If you are not in a Sat view (world map), enter it.
- Enter “Operations” (right bottom corner of the screen).
- Now pick “Militia Training”.
- Select a mercenary (with high Leadership skill to do it faster).
- Remember that to complete this task you need some time. It will also cost you money.
