How to Deal with Sleep Parasite in Stranded Alien Dawn
Sleep Parasites in Stranded Alien Dawn cause your survivors to recover less from sleeping. Find out how to cure them and deal with this debuff.
In the survival Stranded: Alien Dawn, you are tasked with caring for the needs of a group of survivors on an alien planet. Aside from gathering resources and establishing shelter, you also have to deal with hostile creatures and manage your people’s health. One of the problems you might encounter is parasites. In this guide we explain how to deal with the sleep parasites that may infect your team.
How to Deal with Sleep Parasite in Stranded Alien Dawn
Parasites in Stranded Alien Dawn are one of the problems that can affect your survivors. They cause debuffs and can spread to others. In case of the Sleep Parasites, they negatively affect the rate at which characters rest, lowering sleep efficiency. Luckily, they aren’t lethal and can be healed.
The cure can be discovered automatically by a member of your team as long as they meet the right conditions. However, the exact requirements are not known. From testing by multiple players, it appears that you need either:
- Intellect stat equal or higher than 5,
- Healing level 5 or higher.
However, there seems to be an element of RNG to the healing process. It is possible that your survivors will be healed quickly, but you may also end up waiting for a long time. Once the cure has been found, you will receive a pop-up message. If you don’t have any character with high enough stats, try to raise them by healing allies or researching.
