Averaging all the reviews on Open Critic, we get a high score of 86%.. Halo Infinite owes this result mainly to the well-designed open world, which was highlighted by many reviewers.

Apart from that, the storyline, which is a continuation of events from Halo 5: Guardians, is praised. Definitely on the plus side is the dynamic combat system, which was liked by a large group of reviewers.

And when it comes to what did not surprise anyone in this year's Halo, it's hard to give any clear indications. Reviews are interspersed with smaller or larger complaints about side missions, or too few combat scenes with vehicles.

As we know, Halo Infinite also has a multiplayer mode, which has been playable for a few weeks now. It also gained favor with both reviewers and players, which can be seen by the numbers on Steam.

The final conclusion is 343 Industries has done a very good job, creating probably the best shooter of the year.Halo Infinite's campaign will launch on December 8th, on PC, Xbox One, and Series X and S.
