Google Stadia - Exact Release Date, Game List and Prices
We know the exact launch date of the Google Stadia streaming service. The service will start in the second half of November and will be available only in selected countries of Western Europe, as well as in the USA and Canada.
We got to know the official launch date of the Google Stadia streaming service, which was announced in March. The American giant set the date for November 19. From that day on, the service will operate in selected countries of Western and Northern Europe (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom), as well as in the United States and Canada. Google has deliberately limited the range of the service, hiding behind the desire to ensure its highest quality.
During the first months, the Stadia will be available only to people who pay for a dedicated PRO subscription, costing EUR 9.99 per month. It will offer gaming in 4k with 5.1 surround audio. Additionally, subscribers will have access to full versions of several selected titles, beginning with Destiny 2 collection (base game + all season passes and expansions), as well as discounts on the purchase of most of the titles in the library of the service, which is to be expanded every month with new items. In 2020, a debut of a free version of the service (limited to 1080p resolution) is planned, in case of which only the purchase of the game will be necessary to play.
For some time now, residents of North America and Western Europe have been able to place pre-orders for the special Founder Edition pack. The €129.99 pack includes a limited version of Google Stadia controller, a Google Streaming device (Chromecast) and two three-month PRO subscriptions, one of which can be given to a friend. In Europe, consumers have purchased all available pre-orders of the set. In these markets, it has been replaced by the Premiere edition, which differs from the previous set only in a different color and the gamepad designation (standard edition).
