A Plague Tale Publisher Changes Name to Focus Entertainment
The publisher of A Plague Tale, GreedFall, SnowRunner and many other games is changing its name. From now on, these and other brands will be released under the banner of Focus Entertainment.

Focus Home Interactive changes its name. The publisher of, among others. A Plague Tale and owner of Deck 13, Dotemu and many other studios from now on will be known as Focus Entertainment. The change is meant to represent the company's "drive to diversify its games, products, services and revenue streams" and to "deliver unique experiences to players around the world [...] through innovative concepts, exploratory gameplay and original worlds."
Focus Home Interactive was founded in 1996 and for 25 years the French company has worked with many studios, including Cyanide and Giants Software. However, some of them, including both mentioned above, were bought out by rival publishers or started working on their own.
