Fear Effect Sedna in the first gameplay video
The developers of Fear Effect Sedna have published the first gameplay video from the game. It features some puzzle-solving, tactical combat, and a cut-scene.
As Fear Effect Sedna’s Kickstarter campaign is making progress, having now secured more than 75% out of its main goal of €100,000, Sushee decided to show off the first prototype gameplay video with a commentary. In it we can see an example of a logic puzzle and some tactical combat with slow time option (a substitute for active pause), as well as a cinematic cut-scene. The developer also briefly explained how the stress system works. In short, when your characters are exposed to danger they move and shoot faster than when behind cover.
Along with the release of the video, Sushee announced that Fear Effect Sedna is also coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles next to the PC version. The game is due in May 2017 and should hit all platforms simultaneously. Fear Effect Sedna is a tactical isometric action game inspired by Shadowrun Returns. This is the third installment in a popular Square Enix’s franchise, first parts of which were released for PlayStation in early 2000s. The game will feature the new adventures of well-known characters, including Hana and Rain.
