Far Cry 6's New Features Presented; Unofficial Gameplays Flood YouTube
Far Cry 6 gameplays flooded the Internet before the official launch of the game and first reviews. Ubisoft also made its contribution by discussing the game's new features.
Although Far Cry 6 reviews won't be released until Wednesday, we don't have to wait that long to see the game beyond the official trailers. Numerous and lengthy videos of the sixth installment, posted by people already interacting with the game, have appeared online.
We can choose from "short" videos showing the first dozen or so minutes of the new Far Cry and over three-hour sessions with the title and everything in between. There's also official Ubisoft footage, in which the developers discuss the changes to this year's installment.
The clip gives a lot of information about the novelties in the sixth installment, which by no means are limited to new equipment. Of course, there will be more, as we've already seen. Nevertheless, Far Cry 6 is also changes that have nothing (or little) to do with combat.
One thing that was mentioned was the more varied behavior of enemies. Most of the soldiers from Anton Castillo's army will not attack us first without the right excuse, for example, drawn weapons or being in a forbidden zone. What's more, some of them don't share the dictator's vision at all, and with a little encouragement (read: bribe) they can help us in one way or another.
Far Cry 6 will be released on October 7. The game will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
