Colossal DLC for EU4 Will Refresh Several Popular Nations
At a recent Paradox Interactive showcase, a huge expansion for Europa Universalis 4 was announced. With it, the most popular nations in the game will be updated, and this is expected to mean a lot of new content and better immersion.
Paradox Interactive has announced Domination, the next expansion for Europa Universalis 4. With it, the most popular and powerful empires will receive new mission trees, management options, state reforms or events.. Nations are to be thoroughly redesigned, and with the novelties the developers promise more depth and better influence of the player on the course of historical events.
Among the countries to receive changes are:
- Ottoman Empire,
- China,
- Japan,
- Russia,
- Spain,
- France,
- Great Britain,
- minor countries such as Korea, Prussia and Portugal.
With the DLC, we will be able to decide, among other things, whether Japan will open up to the rest of the world or remain isolated. France, meanwhile, will be able to solve the problem of religious wars, and the Ottoman Empire will get new expansion options.
In addition, there will be new graphics and music tracks that will be introduced as part of the update. More details can be found on Steam. A trailer is also available (below), but unfortunately it doesn't show much.
We do not yet know the release date of the expansion, but it is expected to be released this year. Finally, let me remind you that Europa Universalis IV has been available since August 13, 2013 exclusively on PC and to date it has received dozens of expansions.
