Endless Space 2 to hit Steam Early Access in September
Endless Space 2, a turn-based space strategy developed by Amplitude Studios, will be available through Steam Early Access this September. Featuring four of eight factions available upon the game’s release, it is to make the player feel 'like an emperor.'
Endless Space 2 jumps into Early Access, Amplitude Studios has announced, with the game said to materialize in its playable form on Steam this September. The Early Access version will let you control four of eight factions that will make their way into the game on the title’s launch, and should offer just enough content (including exploring the universe in search of its secrets, new life forms, and vulnerabilities to take advantage of when conquering the galaxy) to get you an idea of what to expect when Space in all its Endlessness reaches its final version. Teasing the Early Access launch, a few days ago Amplitude Studios released a trailer showcasing one of the game’s “families” – The Lumeris – that (for an alien species) acts exceptionally human:
Endless Space 2 has not yet received a proper release date, but it is expected to hit PC sometime at the end of 2016.
