The Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 devs have delivered sad news for everyone who is waiting for this game with vampires in the lead role. The title won't be released in the first half of 2025, as previously announced.

The new release date has been set for October 2025, as stated by Marco Behrmann, the developer of the discussed sequel to the 2004 title.

The developer noted that the game is "ready," but it has been delayed to fix bugs and improve its stability and performance. This is yet another delay of the release eagerly anticipated by many fans of the title.

Even though we have to wait a few more months for Bloodlines 2, we recently learned a bit more about the game mechanics. Last month, the devs spoke in more detail about the Masquerade, one of the game's most important features. In the previous journal, they described the Anarchists, an enemy faction we will meet in the game.

In January 2024, The Chinese Room studio shared with us a gameplay trailer that was over 30 minutes long. The game was also compared to Dishonored, so fans of Arkane Studios' creation should be pleased.
