Here's a No-hit 3-hour Speedrun of Elden Ring
The first no hit speedrun from Elden Ring is behind us. The player went completed the entire game without taking any damage in a bit under three hours.
According to HowLongToBeat.com completing Elden Ring takes the average player about 49 hours. Our reviewer needed twenty hours more. I myself have played fo 80, and I'm still a long way from the finale.
Meanwhile, a YouTube user by the handle Seki has reached the final boss in Elden Ring - and beat him - in just under three hours. What's more, the user did it without taking any damage. For one hundred and eighty minutes no one (or nothing) was able to scratch him.
What "build?"
For a large part of the challenge, Seki used Moonveil, a powerful katana that scales with Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence and has a bleeding effect on enemies. He also used Meteorite Staff and spells like Rock Sling. Armor wasn't necessary - it would only limit the character's movements, and he intended to come out of every battle unscathed either way.
Training makes the master
Of course, it was also necessary to have perfect knowledge of the game - especially the bosses, but also the locations. The lands between are so vast that if you don't know where to go, you can wander around for a long time.
How long did Seki train? We do not know. But considering the fact that Elden Ring was released on the 25th of February, which is thirty-eight days ago, the preparations could not have taken longer than that. It is worth adding here that the netizen had previously undergone solid training in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
A temporary record?
Is it possible to finish the game even faster? Yes - speedrunner known as Distortion2 did it in less than twenty minutes, however, taking damage. Nevertheless, it seems that Seki's record may soon be broken. If you watch the video above yourself, you'll surely notice that there were at least a few moments of downtime during those three hours. So, any takers?
