Diablo Is Now Better Than Ever. Incredible The Hell 3 Mod Reached Version 1.0
The Hell 3 mod for the first installment of Diablo finally got version 1.0. The project upgrades the game engine and heavily expands its content.
Diablo IV is currently doing very well, due in large part to its excellent debut in Game Pass. However, there are fans of the series who do not intend to abandon the first entry, released in 1996. Those people need to check out a huge mod called The Hell 3, which, after a long development, has received version 1.0.
This is the third installment of a series of modifications, created by Mordor_XP. The goal of the project is to thoroughly improve the game. This was also the intention behind the first The Hell. The second mod in the series has begun to strongly change the gameplay, while The Hell 3 goes even further - both in terms of expanding gameplay and adding new content.
Compared to TH2 the mod The Hell 3 offers:
- more fixes to engine,
- quests with additional dungeon levels ported to multiplayer (with map adjustments),
- certain bosses dropping some iconic unique items,
- improvements to character info window,
- more balance polishing,
- increased caps to character level, spell level and character stats,
- 9 difficulties (used to be 3),
- new (tier 2) base items,
- new (and expanded) perks and synergies,
- improved item sorting logic (looting),
- improved magic find with a higher limit (more chances to get uniques/rares),
- increased item durability caps and upgraded durability oils,
- new subclass builds (Mamluk, Pistoleer),
- more quests that didn't make it into original game (9 new quests added),
- more monster AI types,
- more monsters,
- more unique monsters (including new special quest bosses),
- hundreds of new unique items
- new game type (Coliseum) where all progress is made through duels
The Hell 3 also includes all the elements of the first and second The Hell. So it fixes most of the bugs and shortcomings left by the original developers and improves the AI of enemies. However, it offers a new engine that enables you to play at resolutions up to 4K at 60 frames per second.
The mod also brings back online multiplayer and improves controls. Moreover, in The Hell 3 you'll find new items prepared with previous versions in mind, as well as additional spells, monsters, and bosses. A slew of additional missions have also been introduced and more than 30 hero classes can be played.
