The only way to obtain onions in Once Human is to visit a Vendor in the Tall Grass Inn, located in the eastern part of the Chalk Peak zone. You’ll find him at the top of a cliff. Head all the way up past the big Motel sign and enter the building right next to the sandwich shop. Buy some seeds and plant them in your Planter box in your Territory.

Once Human – How to Get Grumpy Bulb

As your onions mature, you might discover a little surprise: some will yield normal vegetables, while others produce deviant versions. These peculiar variants are essential for obtaining the Grumpy Bulb Deviant. To successfully secure this companion, you’ll need to persistently cultivate onion seeds until one of the deviants turns into the Grumpy Bulb.

Unfortunately, the time it takes for this transformation is unpredictable. However, the wait is worthwhile. The Grumpy Bulb Deviant possesses a remarkable ability to sow discord among enemies, turning them against each other.

Check out how to catch and use other Deviants, such as Buzzy Bee and Digby Boy, which can assist with various tasks at your base.
