Diablo Immortal's Issues on Samsung Galaxy and Xiaomi Phones

Diablo Immortal causes problems for users of Samsung Galaxy series devices, as well as some models from Xiaomi's range.

Diablo Immortal has hit mobile devices, although it wasn't without some problems. No, it's not a criticism of the microtransactions. Adam "PezRadar" Fletcher, community manager at Blizzard, reported on Reddit about problems with Diablo Immortal on Samsung Galaxy series devices.

The glitch affects models with Exynos chips, including the Galaxy XCover 5, Galaxy S10 , Galaxy A13, Galaxy M12 and Samsung Galaxy Tab A8. Online, we read that serious graphics bugs appear on these devices, sometimes from the beginning, sometimes only after many hours of gameplay. One of these bugs was shown by Internet user Claus Albuquerque on YouTube, the video posted below.

Xiaomi also has a problem with Diablo

It is also possible to find information that users of smartphones and tablets from Xiaomi also had problems. Xiaomi Redmi Note Pro 10 and Xiaomi Mi 11 should easily handle Diablo Immortal. However, for some reason their owners can not even install the game.

One of the affected internet users has obtained information from Blizzard that the developers are investigating the issue (via Reddit) and suggested that the glitch may be due to... the misnaming of some Xiaomi devices in Google Play's database (Redmi Note 10 Pro is listed there as "Redmi M2101K6G"). However, this is just a speculation.

It should be noted that some of these reports appeared before the actual release of the game. Diablo Immortal formally debuted last night, but some players could start playing earlier. One can hope that the problems will be fixed in the near future. Another thing is that Blizzard has a long tradition of troublesome launches, which is also known to fans of the Diablo series.

Diablo Immortal will also hit the PC at 10 am PT. Those interested can already download the game files via Battle.net.
