Diablo 2: Resurrected to be Released in August; Devs Announce Open Beta
Soon players will be able to test Diablo 2: Resurrected again. An open beta of multiplayer mode is planned for August.

- During the tests we will be able to test 5 out of 7 available characters;
- No date was revealed as to when exactly the tests will start.
In a few months there will be another opportunity to check out how the refreshed version of the iconic hack'n'slash from Blizzard Entertainment looks like. The open beta of Diablo 2: Resurrected's multiplayer mode is scheduled for August. No specific date was revealed yet, but it was announced that those who bought pre-ordered the game will get an earlier access to the beta. A new trailer was also released.
Developers also revealed which characters we'll be able to test in August. These will be amazon, barbarian, sorceress, druid and paladin. Unfortunately, necromancer and assassin will appear in the game only at the time of its release.
However, we won't have to wait for it especially long. Diablo 2: Resurrected will be available on September 23 on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One and Series S/X.
