Season of the Construct - details
Blizzard showed us over a two-minute trailer, teasing the upcoming Season of the Constructs. Diablo 4 fans will start their new adventure on January 23rd, 2014 at 10:00 AM PST, as announced at the beginning of season 2.
Below we have listed only the most important aspects of the Season of the Construct. To thoroughly explore the upcoming attractions, visit Blizzard's official page. They will also be covered during the "Diablo IV Developer Update Livestream," scheduled for January 18th at 9:00 AM PST.
- The developers have prepared new dungeons for us known as Vaults. We will encounter constructs powered by different elemental forces within them.
- In the Season of the Construct, our "base" will be a place called Gatehall.
- We will also receive a new companion - Seneschal. This is a mechanical spider that will support us during the fight.
- The game will also feature weekly Gauntlets. The top players will be recognized in the Hall of the Ancients through this ranked game. Blizzard is soon going to reveal more information about this challenge.
- Furthermore, there will be seasonal advancements to be accomplished. Among the things to be won are, for instance, the Awoken Adamant Armor or Scrolls of Amnesia.
- The Season of the Construct will also introduce new outfits available at Tejal's shop, such as Lord Eater's Armor set.
The third season of Diablo 4 will naturally feature a Battle Pass. It will consist of a total of 90 ranks - 28 free and 62 premium.
Apart from adding new content, the developers plan to make improvements to the gameplay - such as nearly continuous activity in the Helltide (with only a 5-minute break every hour) and an extra tab in the stash.
