Days Gone Devs are Working on Another Title
Sony Bend Studio - known for its solid open-world zombie action game Days Gone for PS4 - is working on another title. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not know what project we are dealing with, but most likely it will be a production for PS5.
It seems that Sony Bend Studio, responsible for this year's exclusive PlayStation 4 title Days Gone, is working on another game. This is suggested by the information posted on LinkedIn by one of the employees, lighting specialist Jeremy Vickery. On his profile you can read that he is involved in the pre-production and planning of the developer's next project.
The early stage of work means that we are unlikely to see the title too soon. In this case, the launch on PS5, which will appear on the market in the holiday season next year, seems certain. What kind of project are we dealing with? It's hard to tell right now. Given the solid sales of Days Gone it cannot be ruled out that the new project will be a continuation, but Sony may also be interested in creating new brands for its next-generation platform.
Days Gone made its debut on April 26, this year, only on PlayStation 4.
