Dark and Darker is a very interesting game in which we traverse dungeons full of dangers, fight enemies, progress our character and gain valuable items. The work of devs at Ironmace is quite popular due to its very satisfying gameplay and the possibility to play together with friends. Unfortunately, the title cannot be played at any time, as the game has not yet had an official release. Dark and Darker Demo End [UPDATE]

We now know when playtest 4 will end. An announcement was made today on the game's official Discord channel with the exact date and time when access to the demo will finish. Players will no doubt be relieved, as the playtest time has been extended due to various technical issues.

Playtests in Dark and Darker

Dark and Darker is not yet a completed game. Its developers plan to release it in the fourth quarter of 2023. However, this does not mean that it is not playable. Once in a while, playtests are launched, during which you can see what the gameplay looks like. This enables the developer to see what player opinions on the game are, what they like and what should be improved. To access Dark and Darker, just click on the demo button on Steam page. Download the game and play! When the event starts, of course.

Playtest 4 in Dark and Darker

So far, three playtest sessions have been available, during which players could check out how Dark and Darker looks. Thile the third window has already ended, fortunately we know when the next one will begin. The next Dark and Darker playtest will begin with the start of the Nextfest event on Steam. This event will last from February 6 to 13.

It is possible that the trial period will last longer, as the developers have already extended the duration of previous ones in the past.
