Annoyed by Cyberpunk 2077 Bugs? CD Projekt Invites to Playtests
Gamers got a chance to make sure that CD Projekt Red will not have a second release like Cyberpunk 2077. The team invite fans to playtests of their new games.
Today, CD Projekt Red announced the launch of a new initiative aimed at gamers. It is a program called RED Playtesting. It is intended to enable fans to take part in the game development process "from behind the scenes" - in the role of testers.
Participants will make comments on the team's new productions to the testing team. Elimination of the problems thus pointed out will make specific elements of the tested titles better, so that they meet the requirements of players around the world at launch.
Participation in the program is free, but also unpaid - so don't count on earning something this way. All people who are at least 16 years old and have an account on GOG.com can sign up (you can create an account here). The tests will take place at CD Projekt Red's headquarters in Warsaw, as well as in branches located in Boston and Vancouver (the company does not cover travel costs).
If you are interested in participating in the RED Playtesting program, you can sign up for it at this page (after logging in). Assuming you match a specific (unspecified) player profile, you will receive a telephone or email response to your application after some time. Requirements? Knowledge of English and signing an NDA.
