Nowadays it is hard to find a game which land without bugs on release. Definitely not among AAA titles. While these games have very high budgets, sometimes enormous, they also are of greater scope and as a consequence there are more things which could go wrong. So, we should not be surprised that many players report various issues with Black Myth Wukong. One of the most troublesome and common ones is FPS drops issue which causes occasional stutters in extreme cases.

Black Myth Wukong – FPS Drops Causes Stuttering (Lags)

If you are one of the people who experience FPS drops, we have bad news for you because there are no solid solutions to the problem, as they seem to be caused by various issues. What you can do is to lower your graphics settings (as obvious as it may sound). Try to turn off Raytracing and adjust view distance and shadows. Sometimes, stutters appear also after entering new areas. Give the game some time to properly load. It should be better after a while.

Of course, players are not happy about the issue. However, we need to remember that there are many PC configurations, and it is extremely hard to optimize the game for every one of them. While developers should aim for the smoothest experience possible, it is a good idea to be a little bit patient, especially in the case of games we are waiting for. We need to underline that it seems that most players enjoy the title without problems, as the game has very positive reviews.

At the end we would like to recommend you our Black Myth Wukong guide. You can find here a lot of useful tips and tricks to defeat bosses and learn more about the game generally (if it seems to be empty, be sure that it will be updated in a few hours).
