The element that significantly influenced the success of Mount & Blade games is their modding scene. Fans have been able to recreate on the engines of these games Middle-earth from the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, the world known from G.R.R. Martin's Song of Ice and Fire, and even the galaxy of Star Wars. Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord continues this tradition. A number of unofficial projects have been created since the title's early access release, and a number of others is in the pipeline. This is all the more impressive because so far the community has not had any official modding tools. However, this has finally changed. TaleWorlds Studio, after a slight delay, released their beta version.
Access to TaleWorld's modding tools is available to all Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord owners. They have been added to their Steam library as Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord - Modding Kit. To use them, we must have the current version of the game installed.
