Baldur's Gate 3 received another patch as part of the ongoing tests of the latest major update of this popular RPG.

Larian Studios has been working on Patch 8 with fans since the end of January but is not waiting to release all the fixes until the launch of this update. We received the first set of improvements in the next week after the start of testing, and we had to wait almost two weeks for the second one.

According to the announcement on the official Baldur’s Gate 3 website, the Larian Studios team has fixed issues affecting cross-play and fixed many bugs. We won't list them all, partly due to spoilers (which the developers themselves warn about), but we can mention the fix of bugs related to, among other things, dragging items and clicking on them, errors in photo mode, and issues with new character subclasses.

PC users, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S owners can gain access to Patch 8 tests if they have registered on the official game website or are part of the Xbox Insider program. The release date of the full version of the patch remains unknown.
