Obsidian Unveiled Gameplay Trailer for RPG Avowed
The long wait is over - we finally saw the gameplay trailer from Avowed, Obsidian's new game set in the Pillars of Eternity universe.
The Xbox Games Showcase 2023 is just getting underway, and we've already witnessed some interesting presentations. One of them was prepared by Obsidian Entertainment, creators of, among others, Pillars of Eternity. The developers finally graced us with gameplay footage from the long-awaited title - Avowed. Below you can watch the gameplay trailer, which gives a better look at how the title will look like in action.
It has been suggested that Avowed will have many of token Obsidian Entertainment game features, but details about the project are still a mystery. The studio has not given a specific release date. We only know that the project will be released next year on PC (Steam) and XSX/S. It will also be available on PC/Xbox Game Pass. So we must be patient and await further information.
It is worth adding that some time ago, journalist Andy Robinson reported, that Avowed will be one of the major Xbox launches that will follow the debut of Starfield. There are many indications that the insider had reliable sources.
Finally, let us remind you that the game's action takes place in the fantasy land known as Eora, a world we previously explored in the series mentioned at the beginning of the news - Pillars of Eternity.
