The fact that the upcoming Assassin's Creed Mirage will be a game smaller and shorter than the latest installments of the series, has been known for a long time. After all, it was originally planned as an expansion for the huge Valhalla.

Back to the roots
Information on the length of the latest installment of Assassin's Creed was revealed by the game's producer, Fabian Salamon, in an interview with youtuber Julien Chiez (via Insider Gaming)
- Salamon admitted that a single playthrough of Assassin's Creed Mirage should take players an average of 20-24 hours.
- Those interested in additional activities will spend a little more with Ubisoft's production - slightly over 30 hours.
In terms of playthrough time Mirage therefore seems to be close to the second game, whose main plot lasted an average of 20 hours, and "maxing out" closed in 35 hours (via HowLongToBeat).
