Armored Core 6 Fires of Rubicon is a new title about mechs from FromSoftware. The title was warmly welcomed by reviewers and anticipated by fans. However, some people can’t play the game, as they experience stuttering. In this guide we will tell you how to fix it.

Armored Core 6 – Stuttering Fix

In the case of stuttering in Armored Core 6, the source of the problem may not be one, so different solution will work for different machines, below we will present some solutions, which helped fans:

  1. Switch to borderless window mode or to full screen mode (depend what are you using at the moment of stuttering).
  2. Launch the game, wait a few minutes, alt-tab the game and clean standby memory, go back to the game.
  3. Update drivers and restart your PC.
  4. Turn off all unnecessary apps working in the background (yes, Discord too).
  5. Check if your antivirus is not blocking the game.
  6. Lower graphics settings.
  7. Make sure that your PC is not using an integrated graphics card.
  8. Verify game files.

Sadly, we cannot guarantee that above solutions will work. As it was stated before, there are many reasons of stuttering. If above solutions don’t help you, you have to probably wait for the official fix from FromSoftware. Good luck.
