Arma III with 2 mln copies sold, two platform updates coming up
Arma III sold more than 2 mln copies to this day. The developer is planning to release a new expansion next year, but before that two major updates are in store.
Arma III has sold more than two million copies, as Bohemia Interactive announced in the latest press note. The same note reveals that before the next expansion to this popular military first-person shooter launches in second quarter of 2016, two platform updates are in store. The Nexus Update, slated for this November, will focus on improving some multiplayer gameplay features. There is also the Eden Update, coming up early next year, which will offer the new Eden Editor, a tool useful for all modders.
Next year’s expansion will add a large new region – Tanoa island of the surface of 100 square km. We can also expect a co-op campaign, new advanced weapons, vehicles, and characters.
