While in the cage, move sideways to break free. Then, approach the cage with the creature inside, and pull it underneath the level. Get on the cage and pull the lever. Run towards the door. Climb up and light up the candles next to the bathtub. Then, squeeze through the passage.
You will reach the location with the blind creature. Here's how you need to proceed:
- Crouch and make a couple steps forward;
- Wait till the creature starts investigating the source of the sound and turns further right;
- Get onto the cloth right next to you and climb up the cage;
- Go right, wait till the creature is far away on the left, and quickly run through the crack in the wall.
In the new area, pick up the lever from the floor and place it in the slot on the beam. Unfortunately, the leverage is noisy, so the creature will be alarmed. When the hatch is barely enough open to squeeze in, run to it ASAP - otherwise the creature will catch you. Jump inside - you should be able to get away just in time.
