Chapter 2 | Episode 3 - Hell is Empty Life Is Strange: Before the Storm Guide

Chloe's house
Reach Chloe's house and speak with Frank.

After that you can search the items that are in the room. Do that and then leave the room. Head to the bathroom. There, you can find David's items.
Your towel is on the bottom shelf in the cupboard under the mirror. Take it and go take a shower. After that Chloe dyes her fringe blue and heads to her room. There, you can choose her clothes and make a graffiti on the class photo. Then, go to her mother.
Joyce and David are in the kitchen.

If you examined the Mother's Day card in Joyce's room then you can mention it during this conversation.

David tells you a story about the times when he was in army. After that you get a choice.

Chloe now goes to the garage and collects tools.
Junkyard
This part of the second chapter takes place on the junkyard. Chloe tries to repair a car. CHECK every part. Pick up the SCREWDRIVER and use it on one of the parts. Then, take PLIERS and use them on the Battery Post. After that you have to take the WRENCH and use it on the Serpentine Belt. Lastly, BLOW out the Fuel Filter.
Chloe fixes the car and then drives it around the junkyard. Rachel joins her. They both meet Frank and his friend.

Damon attacks Chloe. Rachel defends her friend and pushes him back.

This time, Damon will attack Rachel. He stabs her arm with a knife. Chloe takes her to a hospital. In the meantime, Frank fights with Damon.
