LEGO The Incredibles - similarly to other LEGO games - doesn't require a top-tier PC to run properly. The game was released on consoles and PCs running Windows. It's possible to run the game on older machines and laptops (even those with integrated graphics). The only requirements are that the graphics card is compatible with the DirectX 11 standard, and the processor is 64-bit (the Windows version also has to be 64-bit). This guide was created based on the PS4 version of the game.
