One of the key determinants of success in UnitedGP is to find the most talented drivers, negotiate contracts and take care of the continuous development of their racing skills. We also have to ensure the appropriate staff of the technical team as well as systematic research and development, thanks to which we will be able to improve our cars by installing new parts, improving their statistics (e.g. speed, acceleration, braking or handling). The creators have put at our disposal dozens of technologies that can influence almost every aspect of team management. They have been made available in the form of a tree, thanks to which each player will be able to focus on the most important research at the moment and choose one of the many possible development strategies.

Before each of the races, we also have to establish a detailed strategy for our entire team and individual drivers. The decision should be based on observations taken from training sessions, thanks to which we can adjust the type of tires, the softness of the suspension and the angle of inclination of the front and rear wings to the conditions prevailing on the track. During the race itself, we can also influence the behavior of our drivers by giving them simple commands, the number of which increases as we progress in the game. Proper use of the options available in this way may prove to be the key to victory in the race.

UnitedGP offers decent graphics and a clear interface, thanks to which efficient team management is carried out intuitively. The player-friendly construction of the career mode, in which we start having fun at the lowest level, encourages us to gradually climb up the tables and advance to higher leagues, where we have to compete with better players from all over the world.
