A sequel to the post-apocalyptic RPG inspired by the first two Fallout games. Underrail 2: Infusion replaces classic turn-based combat with a new system in which our character and enemies can make moves simultaneously. This creates additional tension, as our move can be cancelled if our enemy acts first.

Underrail 2: Infusion Description
Underrail 2: Infusion is a sequel to the independent isometric RPG game, inspired by the first installments of the Fallout series. As with the first game, the production was handled by Stygian Software, a small studio from Serbia.
Gameplay
In Underrail 2: Infusion we explore the undergrounds of a post-apocalyptic world, performing quests for NPCs and fighting mutants. Our combat effectiveness depends on the character level, collected equipment, as well as factors such as focus, range, adopted stance, or type of speed.
The combat system has undergone a serious change in the sequel, becoming more fluid. Both the controlled character and our adversaries take turns performing shorter activities, and some of them can be carried out simultaneously. By default, the action takes place in real time until we encounter opponents. The combat mode pauses until our first action is performed. The time it takes to perform it is allocated to all other entities for use on new or ongoing activities. This means that enemies acting simultaneously can prevent our character from making a move. This introduces additional tension related to limited time.
A novelty in Underrail 2: Infusion is also the ability to move vertically, which allows for climbing and falling, as well as the occurrence of flying enemies.
Graphics and engine
Underrail 2: Infusion was created based on the renewed proprietary Underrail engine. The game presents dynamic three-dimensional character models, modeled armor and weapons, and a more detailed environment compared to the previous part.
