Turok Evolution Description
Turok: Evolution is a prequel to the previous parts of the highly-popular series of shooters with a unique premise. The story told in the game is based on the slaughter of native Americans by the US army. When Tal'Set, the chief of the tribe, is just a step away from killing of the enemy commander, Captain Tobias Bruckner, a strange thing happens - something takes the protagonist to the Lost Land, where he is healed. Soon he learns about the task, for which he was brought here. Everything that happened so far was in the series was because chief Tal'Set was taken to these unknown regions - to become Turok, son of stone. In contrast to the previous parts, where our opponents were mainly dinosaurs, here we will face humanoid opponents. For their stress-free annihilation, we have a full arsenal of weapons, appropriately selected for each chapter. And so we start the game with a simple bow and a tomahawk. The wonders of technology such as plasma guns, large rifles, machine guns and rocket launchers will quickly reach our hands. The most interesting seems to be the tekbow, which is a modern version of the bow combined with a sniper rifle.
As we traverse the game's 15 chapters we can explore quite a large part of the world. A visit to the forest will delight us with the movements of plants, which additionally, under the influence of charging dinosaurs, move properly. The game includes a standard multiplayer mode, which enables four players to play one of the 10 types of games at the same time.
