The Humans is an arcade and logic game, which will allow you to take care of a group of not very crazy cavemen and lead them through the complicated nuances associated with the discovery of new technologies.
The game has been divided into several dozen stages, in which specific tasks await execution (each of them is protected by a password, which is a great convenience). Sometimes you will have to move the wards from one place to another, sometimes you will have to get an object necessary for later struggles, e.g. a torch, a spear or a wheel. Trying to cope with the goal of a mission is limited by the passage of time - if we do not manage to meet the set deadline, the game will have to start from the beginning. An additional difficulty is the limited number of additional cavemen. Well, people are not birds - falling from a high height or encountering an unfriendly creature usually results in death. One inattentive move is enough and the player's hero will have to be replaced by one of his compatriots.
Each caveman can do two basic tasks: lift objects and place himself in a pyramid. While in the case of the former, the matter is as clear as possible, the latter requires a few words of explanation. Cave Pyramid is the only effective way to get to the higher shelves. The number of people taking part in this circus evolution depends on our invention - however, we must remember that the higher the pyramid, the less stable it becomes. After taking an object (a caveman is able to carry only one thing), there are further possibilities of action. For example, in the case of a spear, you can throw it at an unfriendly creature, jump over a chasm with it, or treat it as a weapon for short distances.
The game may initially be associated with the legendary Lemmings series, but after a long time this impression is lost. There are few heroes in The Humans, it is easier to identify with them than with a shapeless hordes of green-haired animals. Moreover, from the very beginning cave-keepers have been able to arouse sympathy and smile on the player's face. It doesn't matter if it's a clumsy movement of overgrown figures or a pyramid built by them, wobbling under the pressure of other daredevils who want to get to the top of it. The Humans is above all a funny game, although it should not be forgotten that complicated and demanding mental tasks of less patient players may well lead to frustration.
