Suburban Commando is an arcade game, which was created on the wave of little popularity of a miserable film of the same title (Hulk Hogan in the lead role). The plot, as usual in this type of productions, has been treated after a mischief and is only a background for a large number of running, jumping and shooting. The action was divided into several stages of increasing difficulty. In the first of them we are dealing with a classic shooting in the climate of Super Cobra - our ship moves right all the time and eliminates the enemy's vehicles appearing in large numbers. After the struggle is over, we move to the hard ground, where our brave hero will fight with other enemies, but this time with the use of his hands and legs. At the end of each of the three episodes you will still have to face the boss - the game resembles a classic killing (one in one, two energy bars). We were given a few additional "live". If we move on to the next stage, but we are in battle, the program will provide a password, which will allow you to start playing from that very moment.

The strongest point of the programme is its audiovisual setting, especially graphics - legible, colourful, with perfectly animated characters. The playability itself is much worse. The platform part is very weak and cannot deliver the same emotions as other games of this type. It looks a little better in the case of a spacecraft flight (especially in terms of the number of bonuses improving our vehicle), but the program offers such a possibility only in one episode.
