Steep: Road to the Olympics

Steep: Road to the Olympics for PC, PS4 and XONE is the first expansion to Steep, winter sports simulator developed and released by Ubisoft. The DLC was released on many platforms, including the PC. It was created in cooperation with the International Olympic Committee to honor the XXIII Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang.

Mechanics

Steep: Road to the Olympics for PC, PS4 and XONE allows us to take part in various Olympic sports disciplines like Alpine skiing, snowboard cross, slopestyle, skicross, halfpipe, giant slalom, super giant slalom, or big air. Developers created brand-new Japanese and North Korean locations for the DLC.

Nothing has changes in terms of gameplay. We still encounter A.I.- and player-controlled characters as we make our way through the ski slopes and take part in player-created challenges. Competition between the players (online rankings) and doing quests located all around the world still play an important role in the game. We still can create parties with others and together face the challenges created by Ubisoft.

Technical Aspects

Steep: Road to the Olympics for PC, PS4 and XONE requires the base game to be playable. It uses the same technology as the base game and has the exact same visuals.
