Secret of the Silver Blades: Fantasy Role-Playing Epic Vol. III PC

The third installment in the epic cRPG saga based on the rules of Advanced Dungeons & Dragons, set in the fantasy world of Forgotten Realms. Secret of the Silver Blades takes us to the miner city of Verdiglis, where we shall uncover its dark secrets.

The city of Verdiglis was established in the Dragonspine mountains, near the castle of Oswulf and his twin brother, Eldamar. Eldamar was a powerful mage who dreamt of immortality and, learning secret sciences, eventually decided to become a lich. His brother, Oswulf, tried to change Eldamar’s mind, but Eldamar was adamant and performed the transformation anyway. It was then when Oswulf decided to gather a party powerful enough to defeat the lich and the monsters he summoned.

Soon, the reign of the Dreadlord Eldamar turned the city into ruins, while the castle became a labyrinth full of traps and hidden passages. Oswulf and the party called Silver Blades came to the town and cleared it of all the monsters. His mages and priests cast a spell that froze the valley still and Oswulf sacrificed himself so his ghost could protect the castle gate from everyone that would like to come in or come out.

Centuries have passed, and people came back to Verdiglis to establish new settlements and mines. Drilling increasingly deeper tunnels, they dug into the castle’s dungeons, setting free the monsters that have been trapped there for 300 years. Despairing miners summoned a party of adventurers, the only one that can defeat the lich and his dreadful servants.
