Renga Samurai Shogun! is the work of Joseph Tama created in cooperation with Tamagaia, a company specializing mainly in flash games for the casual market. The production is addressed to lovers of logical games and enthusiasts of Japanese culture.

The player plays the role of an ambitious young samurai, who tries to convince his master that the title of the shogun is worthy. The protagonist has already proved his speed, agility, strength and reflexes. However, the teacher wants to test the sharpness of his pupil's mind, subjecting him to a seemingly simple test.

Game mechanics in Renga Samurai Shogun! is characterized by exceptional simplicity. The player's task is to cut the paper square in such a way that the cut rectangular fragments fit exactly to the specified pattern. The difficulty is that it has a limited number of cuts.

The game offers 40 levels of increasing difficulty. The player is not limited by the limit of rehearsals, but the transition to the new puzzle requires dealing with the previous one. With less experienced puzzle enthusiasts in mind, the creator has prepared a simple tutorial.

Renga Samurai Shogun! is characterized by a modest, but aesthetically made 2D graphic design. Noteworthy is the atmospheric soundtrack with works by artists such as Neon-Bard, Jeromia and Copy-23.
