PlayStation Portable is the first portable console (handheld) from Sony, counted as the 7th generation gaming platform. It was released on March 24th, 2005 in North America and September 1st, 2005. PSP offered great performance (especially in comparison with its size) and many multimedia features. At the beginning of 2012 it was succeeded by PlayStation Vita.
